Thousand Pounder is a mini-boss monster, first seen in a Worldwide Invitational 2008 gameplay trailer in the Old Cathedral beneath Old Tristram. He's summoned by five Cultists, who channel their energy to call up the demon with the sacrifice of three youths.
The Thousand Pounder moves slowly thanks to his huge body, but has the potential to deal a lot of damage with his two large maces, and can go into a red-raged frenzy.
