Falco is the general of the Celestial Emperor army. He confronted Roah's army in front of one of his people's villages, where the army threatened to kill all the villagers whether Falco fought or not. However, Falco decided to do a selfless act that deterred Raoh, as he cut his right leg off. Falco's fighting style is called Gento Kouken, which is a 2,000 year martial art, being kind of similar to the Hokuto Shinken style, and considered the third constellation next to the Hokuto and Nanto styles.
