Rei is one of the six successors of the Nanto Seiken. He is after the "man with the seven scars on his chest," which is the one who was said to have kidnapped his sister. After rescuing his sister from the Fang Clan, he becomes a man of benevolence and becomes Kenshiro's friend. Rei's fighting style is Nanto Suichoken, which is one of the Six Sacred Fists of Nanto, which is a graceful martial art that resembles a dance.
