Juda is one of the Nanto Seiken, ruling the "Betrayal Star" and is an old colleague of Rei. He is obsessed with himself and has formed his own gang, roaming the lands to steal anything he deems beautiful. His fighting style is the Nanto Kokakuken, which is an elegant style based mostly on long-ranged slicing attacks.
