Kaioh is Raoh, Toki and Sayaka's eldest biological brother, and looks very similar to Raoh. Kaioh seeks to continue Raoh's legacy after he died, but he goes to Shura to accomplish this. He is similar to Raoh, in that he wear armor, rides a giant red horse and even has his own army. His fighting style is the Hokuto Ryuken, which is a centuries old assassination technique that was created during the Three Kingdoms era.
