Raoh is one of four candidates for the successor of the Hokuto Shinken style. Raoh refuses to accept Kenshiro as the true inheritor of the technique after losing to him in front of their father. He went on his own, began wearing armor and riding his mighty steed, Kokuoh, desiring to be recognized as the greatest warrior. His fighting style is the Hokuto Shinken style, with a greater emphasis on more range than his brothers.
