Baten Kaitos Origins is a Japanese role-playing video game, developed by Tri-Crescendo and Monolith Soft for the Nintendo Gamecube. The second game in the Baten Kaitos series, and a prequel to Baten Kaitos: Eternal Wings and the Lost Ocean, Baten Kaitos Origins takes place 20 years prior to the events of the original Baten Kaitos.

Tales of the Abyss takes place on Auldrant, a planet composed of elementary particles called Fonons. For much of Auldrant's history, only six fonons were known to exist, representing the elements of Shadow, Earth, Wind, Water, Fire, and Light; but eventually a seventh fonon, Sound, is discovered. Its discovery brings great chaos: using this newest Seventh Fonon allows one to read the future. Tales of Eternia was published by Namco and developed by Wolf Team for the Sony PlayStation and then later ported to the Sony PlayStation Portable. Eternia succeeds Tales of Destiny and preceeds Tales of Destiny 2.

Baten Kaitos: Eternal Wings and the Lost Ocean is a role-playing game developed by Monolith Soft, Tri-Crescendo and released on GameCube.

Tales of Symphonia is a role-playing game, developed by Namco Tales Studio, initially for the GameCube. The game was later ported to the Playstation 2 and remastered for the Playstation 3, along with Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World in a package called Tales of Symphona Chronicles.
