When the Playstation 4 was first announced, Sony talked about being able to stream live gameplay. At first, only one partner was announced for this, which was Ustream. At Gamescom 2013, Sony announced that Twitch would join Ustream as an option for livestreaming.
Both programs are usable by pressing the Share button on the DualShock 4 controller and will be available at the system's launch. Note that the day one system update will be required, though, in order to use both apps.
