If you go to the beach near Cassardis or the Unusual Beach right outside of the town, you should be able to find these. Note that it's very difficult to hit these animals as a melee class (Fighter, for example), so it's best to have a ranged character for these. If you are playing as a Fighter, you can use your starting skill to close the distance, or use an explosive barrel nearby to try and kill them.
