The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time - Odds and Ends 2

With the Spiritual Stone of Water, you now have all three and can head back to Hyrule Castle to see Princess Zelda. At least, that's what you can do, but there's a lot of other side content you can do. Start out by swimming to the southeast corner of the map and roll into the tree to make a Gold Skulltula appear. Place a bomb next to the silver boulder to make the whole wall blow up, revealing a cave that leads to a Great Fairy Fountain.

The Great Fairy will give you Farore's Wind at this fountain, which basically allows you to place a warp point at places, that will give you a chance to warp to that point if cast again. Exit the cave and if it isn't night, play the Sun's Song. Swim to the log in between Jabu Jabu and the fairy fountain. Climb onto it and look for the Gold Skulltula on the wall, killing it with the Boomerang and using the same thing to get the token.

OCARINA OF TIME

Exit to Hyrule Field and head toward Hyrule Castle, where you'll see a scene with Zelda and Impa riding away on a white horse. Zelda will throw something at you and it will land in the water. When you turn around, you're face to face with Ganondorf himself, who blasts you away onto the ground. After the cutscene is over, jump into the water and retrieve the item to find out it's the Ocarina of Time. Another cutscene will play, where you'll learn the Song of Time.

COLLECTION TIME

It'snow time to start collecting a bunch of stuff, so start off by going to Lon Lon Ranch. If it's not night, play the Sun's Song and kill the Gold Skulltula on the second floor window of the building on your left when you enter. Head to the silo at the back of the ranch and look for another Gold Skulltula on the wall to the right of the silo. You might also need some Rupees, which you can get some at the guardhouse at the entrance to Hyrule Castle Town.

Next, head towards Kakariko Village, but don't go inside yet. Head to the corner of Hyrule Field nearby and plant a bomb next to the lone tree there, which will open up a hole where you'll find another Gold Skulltula. Now you want to head to Kakariko Village, but you need it to be right after sunset, which is 18:00 hours. This is important, because a minigame inside is only available from 18:00 to 21:00 hours. You can check the time by talking to the guard at the entrance to Kakariko Village.

Don't forget to check the House of Skulltula to get the reward for collecting 30 Gold Skulltulas (Giant's Wallet). The reason you need the time to be 18:00 to 21:00 is the Dampe Gravedigging minigame. Go to the Graveyard and talk to Dampe, who will tell you about his other job. At every patch of dirt, you can talk and give him 10 Rupees to have him try and dig up a Piece of Heart. It's completely random, so keep trying until you get it.

There's also a Gold Skulltula in the Graveyard, which is on the wall on the south side of the map, near the upper row of graves. If you have a Magic Bean, plant it at the soft soil spot in the upper left corner of the map. You'll need to buy some of them next, so gather more Rupees. The next Gold Skulltula is Inside the Deku Tree.

Once you get to the dungeon again, drop down the hole in the middle and climb the block at the bottom. Crawl through the hole and burn the web on the right side, which reveals a bombable wall. Go through the door behind it and get the Gold Skulltula to the left of where you entered. You can exit the dungeon.

When you get back to Kokiri Village, there's a soft soil patch next to the house on your right. Drop some bugs (remember to swipe after letting the bugs go to get more) to make a Gold Skulltula appear from the hole. Planting a bean here is completely optional and doesn't lead to anything required for 100%. Head to the Lost Woods now.

NOTE
You'll need 40 Rupees coming up pretty soon, so you can use the blue rupee platforms in Kokiri until you get that amount.

From the entrance of the Lost Woods, head left twice to find a soft soil patch, so plant a Magic Bean and drop some bugs to get another Gold Skulltula. Head back to the entrance of Lost Woods and now go right, left, right, left and left. Reflect the two Business Scrubs attacks back at them to disable them. There's another soft soil patch here, so plant a Magic Bean and then drop some bugs to get another Gold Skulltula. Go back one room, then north and west to blow up the boulder with a bomb. Drop down inside and disable the Business Scrubs, then talk to the first one and buy the Deku Nut upgrade for 40 Rupees.

Collect 10 Rupees again and head back to Hyrule Field. Go to the southwest corner and in the fenced in area. Place a bomb in the middle, which should open a hole. Drop down and disable the Business Scrub, who will sell you a Piece of Heart for 10 Rupees. You can get past the tall fence by climbing the ladder outside of the fenced in area. Head inside to Lake Hylia now.

Go to the bridge next to the lab building and make it night, killing the Gold Skulltula on the building. Head back to Hyrule Field and to the entrance to Gerudo Valley (left exit on map), but find the circle of rocks outside and place a bomb in the middle. Drop down the hole made and use Din's Fire to burn the web with the cow behind it. There's a Gold Skulltula in the corner of that room.

Now you can head inside Gerudo Valley. Cross the plank bridge, nabbing the Gold Skulltula on the little waterfall on the right (only at night). Pick up a Cucco and fly towards the waterfall on the right, climbing the ladder to a Piece of Heart in a little alcove. Drop down into the water and climb onto the ledge on the right, letting some bugs go near the soft soil patch to get another Gold Skulltula.

Drop down into the river again and follow it to end up back in Lake Hylia. Exit to Hyrule Field and go all the way back to Gerudo Valley once more. Grab a Cucco again and look to your left in the canyon. Spot the ledge with the crate on it and float down to it. When you land, roll into the crate to reveal a Piece of Heart.

There's one last thing to do now, which is the Happy Mask sidequest. Check out that section for more details, but there are two things to note about it. When you get the Skull Mask, head to Lost Woods and go to the hidden meadow room (from the start, right, left, right, left and left). There's a hidden hole in the back with butterflies nearby that leads to the Forest Stage. Go on the stage with the Skull Mask on to get an capacity upgrade to your Deku Sticks. Do the same thing with the Mask of Truth to get a capacity upgrade to your Deku Nuts. Note that this must be done before opening the Door of Time, which is what you need to do next.
