Extinction mode is a 1-4 player cooperative gameplay mode debuting for the series in Call of Duty: Ghosts. It offers a unique blend of survival action, base defense, scavenging, and class-leveling.
Extinction mode will be part of the single player campaign, head-to-head multiplayer and Squads mode, and features various alien monsters.
