The Ballistic Vests is a 5-point Pointstreak found in the Support Strike Package. In Modern Warfare 3, when used, the player drops a bag that contains the ballistic vests that the player's teammates can grab. These vests add a random amount of health to the player, but they will be destroyed once enough damage has been taken. Note that the enemy team cannot pick up the bag with the vests, but they can destroy it.
It's not clear whether this Pointstreak will retain the same function in Ghosts.
