The Limited Edition, which is called the Commander in Chief Edition, is available to anyone who has preordered the game in North America. All of those who have preordered got their regular edition bumped to the Commander in Chief, at no extra charge. It includes the following:
- Saints Row IV game
- Uncle Sam Suit for your character
- 'Merica Weapon, which is a combination of various weapons in one package. It contains a light machinegun, sub-machinegun, auto shotgun, heavy pistol, minigun, rocket launcher, flamethrower and a huge combat knife. The rocket launcher and flamethrower are fired with the secondary firing button, while the rest of the weapons are constantly firing when the trigger is held down.
- Screaming Eagle Jet is similar to the VTOL that was used in Saints Row: The Third, during the We're Going to Need Guns mission. It will be able to fire rockets from its talons, as well as a sonic scream attack, which will leave enemies dazed and confused.
