It's time to finally start striking back at Zinyak, so start by going to Kinzie's Warehouse. Once you arrive, you find out that instead of bringing the fight to Zinyak, he seems to have brought it to you. When you go into the big room of the warehouse, start taking out all of the Zin there, noting that you won't be able to use your powers due to their suppression grenades.
Once you clear them out, the grenades will be useless, so exit the building to find some tanks standing in your way. Hopefully you have a RPG of some kind to help blow them up, which will easily give you and your crew some breathing room. After the tanks are gone, head up the nearby stairs and to the roof, where you'll find a helicopter waiting for you.
Get in the helicopter and start your terror by destroying the remaining tanks on the ground, noting that you have both rockets and a minigun. With them destroyed, you will need to escort your crew, who are in a vehicle, so follow them and destroy any Zin vehicles that are firing on it. There will periodically be roadblocks, so make sure you go all out on them to clear them.
Not long after checking ahead and clearing some more roadblocks, the helicopter will end up crashing on top of a building. Go into the elevator and you'll now be inside the building. It turns out you're inside a Professor Genki building and the games begin, with the Zin targeting you and your crew.
At first, you need to protect Kinzie while she hacks to try and open the doors. However, the commentators mention that the players will need to fill up the Murder Meter in order to be free, which is done by just killing the Zinyak. Note that there are panels you can hit that will set off some traps, one of which will electrify the cage near you.
There are also turrets placed above, so if you need to use them, do so as they have infinite ammo. Once the meter for protecting Kinzie is finished, the Murder Meter needs to be filled, which requires you to kill Zin. After a good portion is filled, Professor Genki will appear, so take him down. When you have finished, go to the prize room and you'll emerge on the street inside of the Genki Mobile.
You're not in control of the vehicle, but you will shortly be ordered to protect it, so get out a pretty decent weapon and go to town on any enemy vehicles pursuing you. There will also be roadblocks in the way, but nothing too big, so they shouldn't provide any trouble. Eventually, Zinyak will show up and you'll be forced out of the simulation.
Once you regain control of your character, head to the marked door and wait for it to be opened by the Zin. When it is, kill them all and then start clearing out the lower deck, noting that there are normal Zin, ones with shields, and even some Murderbots. With them all dead, check out the bridge, as the ship is moving.
C.I.D. has already accessed the situation and mentions to check out the cargo bay. When you get there, rescue Shaundi from the Zin and then clear out the room of any remaining ones. It turns out the heat signatures that C.I.D. detected are actually bombs, so collect both and then follow the waypoints to reach the Zin ship.
Of course, you'll meet resistance on the way, so it's not going to be easy. As soon as you get on the ship, go to the right and grab the new alien gun, the Lasergun Arm. Fight your way through the Zin and Murderbots until you come to the room where you need to plant the bombs. The first one goes on the big, glowing thing on the bottom floor, while the second will go on a console panel on a floor above.
After planting the second bomb, start heading back and the first bomb goes off, starting a 1 minute timer for you to get back to your ship. When you get to the airlock, one of the Zin will grab you, so press the button that appears on the screen to get loose. This will trigger a cutscene, which will bring you through to the end of the mission.
