Grab this mission from the HUB and then head to the ship to talk to Kinzie. She says that hacking stores will help her upload a virus that will open up more gateways back to the ship. Go into the simulation and as soon as you do, a Warden appears. Remember to use your powers to disable its shield, then feel free to use everything to bring its health down. Win the QTE mini-game and Kinzie will manage to get you the Stomp power from it.
Like all other new powers, you get transported to a training area to test it out. Note that you are not limited to just using this on the ground, as the Stomp can be used while you're in the air, allowing your character to crash down onto the ground with a little more impact.
With that now out of the way, once you get back into the simulation, head to the point where the virus needs uploaded. Once you get there, you will need to defend the point from three waves of enemies, but they aren't too bad because it's mostly just police. Go back to the shop after you're finished and talk to Kinzie for your reward, which is a new Gateway on Carver Island.
