This mission is basically an arena challenge, where you need to use your powers to get rid of waves of enemies. Finishing within 7 minutes will net you the Bronze, while 3 minutes will get you the Gold. The first wave should be easy enough, as there are seven enemies, but they just shoot at you with guns.
The second wave is a little more challenging, as the enemies are now on fire and can use Telekinesis to throw the balls littered around the arena at you. Luckily, there are only four enemies, but they're probably spread out enough to make you have to hurry. Since they're on fire, you need to use Telekinesis yourself to either throw the balls at them, or throw them at each other.
Once the third round starts, you'll see you only have two enemies to kill, one of which is NyteBlayde. Both are pretty formidable opponents, able to use an array of powers, such as Telekinesis and Super Speed. One viable tactic for this is to use Telekinesis on the female opponent and keep throwing her at NyteBlayde. Another good idea is to use Freeze Blast as well, to keep the enemies in their place. Once you clear this round, the mission will be complete.
