There are two collectibles in this chapter: an Audion Log and an EarthGov Artifact.
Audio Log 1
The first collectible is in this first room. Walk directly ahead and around the corner to the right. You'll find a computer against that wall that is still on. Use the computer to collect this log.
EarthGov Artifact 1
Make your way through the ship until you have to go down a large set of stairs. Go down the stairs and go right to enter a hallway. Eventually, this hallway will split with a path ahead and another to the right. The EarthGov artifact is on the right path by a door at the end.
