Feeders are a new type of necromorph that Isaac will face in Dead Space 3. Feeders are humans that turned into necromorphs by eating infected human flesh when they resorted to cannibalism once their food supplies ran out.
They are blind but sensitive to light, sound and smell. They walk on all four limbs and attack with speed in droves and will eat anything they can find, organic or otherwise.
