Lurkers are necromorphs that have infant like features and are the result of the virus infecting infants or babies. The have three tantacles protuding out of their body and attack their foes by using the tentacles as whips at close range, and by throwing sharp projectiles when at a distance.
The quickest way to deal with lurkers is to dismember all of their three tentacles.
