Diddy Kong is another veteran character returning to this game from Brawl, although Sakurai mentions that he is going to be more flexible, as well as have an increased range. Some of the moves he will have include the Peanut Popgun, which appears to be able to overheat like in Brawl, and Rocketbarrel Blast, his recovery move.
