Dr. Wright is a character who first appeared in SimCity, where he acted like an advisor to the player. In this game, he will burst out of the Assist Trophy, wave his baton and make some skyscrapers appear besides him. Once in a while (a 1 in 10 chance in Brawl), he will summon giant skyscrapers, which cover a larger area and do more damage.
