Prism Tower is a new stage that is exclusive to the 3DS version of the game, and is set in Lumiose City from Pokemon X/Pokemon Y. This is another stage that "transforms" as the fight prolongs, as it starts out at street level during the day. Not long after it starts, a platform appears and the fight takes to the air.
This platform will move through the air, stopping at certain points, where it will shrink a little bit and other platforms will appear. As it keeps moving, the time of day will keep going until it becomes nighttime at the top. Once it does reach the top, it will then head back to the ground level and loop from there again.
