Korok Tree Spirits trees aren't growing so you will need to speak to one of the to start to quest than talk to the Deku Tree about the Forest Water. The water will only last for 30 minutes which is more than enough time if you have the Ballad of Gales song, which I highly recommend. Also, as a tip if you are trying to get all the figures is to take their pictures if you don't have them while you visit each one.
