Moblins are large, pig-like monsters that are first encountered on Link's first trip to the Forsaken Fortress. They will throw Link into jail if they spot him the very first time, but all other times they will fight with Link. They use Moblin Spears to stab or do sweep attacks, although these can be taken from them, making them use hand-to-hand combat until they get another weapon.
Moblins are afraid of Bombs, running away if Link is holding one. They can also hit other Moblins if they are in the vincinity when fighting with Link, and if they do such a thing, those other Moblins are killed in one hit. They drop Skull Necklaces when killed and they can also be stolen with the Grappling Hook.
