The Ballad of Gales is a song that is learned from Cyclos, one of the two gods of winds in the game. Before he can get this song, he will need to acquire the Hero's Bow from the Tower of the Gods. As he is sailing on the Great Sea, he might come across a cyclone. Get sucked into its path and you'll spot a giant frog sitting on top of a cloud. This is Cyclos and you need to hit him three times with the Hero's Bow before he will teach you the Ballad of Gales.
