Bottles have been a staple of the The Legend of Zelda games since A Link to the Past. Link can get empty bottles in the games that allow him to store other things in them. There are four Bottles in the game, with one of them acquired during the main story.
LOCATIONS
#1) You'll get this one during the main story, on Dragon Roost Island. Medli will give it to you inside of Dragon Roost Cavern, upon throwing her up on a ledge.
#2) This Bottle is located near Bomb Island. Near the island is a submarine, so go inside and defeat the Bokoblins inside to get this Bottle.
#3) You'll have to buy this Bottle from Beedle's shop near Rock Spire Isle. It will cost you 500 Rupees.
#4) You won't be able to get this Bottle until you defeat Helmaroc King in the Forsaken Fortress. Once you do, return to Windfall Island at night. You're looking for a blond-haired girl named Mila that will tell you to go away when speaking with her. Head to the nearby stairs and she'll run away. You'll need to follow her, but not close enough to where she turns around and can see you, meaning you'll have to hide behind objects. When she gets to Zunari's safe, speak to her and select the first option every time to get the Bottle.
