Left Hand 5.1
This hand belongs to one of the Cyborgs that attacks you at the very start of the mission.

This item is in a [Blade Box] behind the large World Marshall sign near the start of the level.
Data 5.1
You'll find this data in a green waste basket next to one of the trains at the beginning of the mission.
Left Hand 5.2
After leaving the train station area, you'll come to a place with a fountain in the middle. There will be an enemy in the founter who has this hand.
Humanoid Dwarf Gekko 4
This can be a little tricky to get. After you leave the trainstation and pass through the area with the fountain, you'll have a path in front of you which leads to the giant stairs. Equip an oil drum and sneak through this area and down the stairs. At the bottom of the stairs will be this Gekko BUT try to lure it away from other enemies. If you can an Alert then the Gekko will disappear.
Hostage 4
When you've made your way past the giant stairs, you'll come back to the area with the two sets of small stairs leading down to the street. The hostage is at the bottom of the stairs surrounded by a bunch of enemies and a GRAD. You'll need to make liberal use of EM Grenades to save him.
Left Hand 5.3
This left hand is past the large set of stairs. You'll come to an area with a large GRAD below. One of the guards near it will have this hand.
VR Mission 5.1
To finish the mission, you have to cut through a large fence in a barricade. Before doing that, check the building to the left and you'll find a doorway. Go inside to find this mission.
