Left Hand 4.1
The first set of enemies you encounter in the lobby (a group of 4 Cyborgs) will have this left hand amongst them.
Left Hand 4.2
When you approach the elevators, you'll find them deactivated. Doktor will try to open them up for you but in the mean time, you'll have to fend off some enemies. One of the enemies will be a Cyborg with this left arm. Be careful that you don't kill him with the turret in the lobby. You need to let him approach you so you can kill him with Blade Mode.
Left Hand 4.3
After taking the elevator up to the 20th floor, you'll find this hand on a Heavy Cyborg.
Left Hand 4.4
Also on the 20th floor, you'll find this hand on one of the regular cyborgs.
Left Hand 4.5
Eventually, you'll get to a Japanese garden and be attacked by several Cyborgs. The last cyborg, an Armored Cyborg, will have this left hand.
Left Hand 4.6
After the first part of the Japanese Garden, you'll enter what looks like a small village. This hand belongs to the man that patrols the central building.
Left Hand 4.7
After the Japanese Gardens, you'll come to a large room with an equally large elevator. One of the guards around this elevator has this left hand.
Left Hand 4.8
On the way up the large elevator, your elevator will catch on fire and you'll have to change elevators. You'll be attacked by a Heavy Cyborg and he will have this hand.
