Left Hand 3.1
This hand can be found in the first fight. One of the original cyborg cops will have this.
Left Hand 3.2
After the battle with the two GRADs, you'll be attacked by another group of Cyborgs from one side. One of them is carrying this hand.
Left Hand 3.3
You'll fight a pair of Gekkos in an office and then enter a hallway that splits. Go right and you'll see some Cyborgs at the end of the hall guarding an elevator. One of them will have this hand.
Left Hand 3.4
Not long after reaching the rooftops, you'll climb over a crane and jump onto the next building. There are several enemies on this building and one of them has this arm.
Left Hand 3.5
While on the rooftops, you'll get to a new rooftop with enemies to your right. When you turn, you'll see a Slider coming towards you and then fly over you. At the corner of the roof past the large vents will be a group of guards with a Hostage. One of the guards will have this left hand.
Left Hand 3.6
When you've gotten out of the tunnels and back on the streets, you'll come to an overpass with three Cyborgs underneath and a GRAD on top. One of the Cyborgs has this arm.
Left Hand 3.7
After getting past the GRAD and the group of Cyborgs for the last Hand, continue ahead and you'll see a small encampment. Go around the barricades to the right and run up the stairs to the top. There will be a lone guard here. Kill him and take his arm.
Left Hand 3.8
You'll come to a giant set of stairs leading up away from you and it's heavily guarded. One of the cyborgs on these stairs has the hand.
