Left Hands are a type of collectible in the game that requires you to cut off the left hand of certain enemies through the game. These enemies have a diamond indicator over their left arm when viewed in AR mode. Some of these enemies are Armored Cyborg or Heavy Cyborg and will require you to either stealth kill them or deal damage first before being able to take their arm. There are Left Hands that can be collected on every chapter except R-00 and R-06.
