After riding the large elevator to the top floor, you'll be in a large cargo room. Off in one corner will some large shipping crates next to a large pane of glass. Climb up to the top and you can slide through a small hole to get behind the glass. Cross through this room and you'll find your MIB in a box against the right wall.
