For this mission, you are playing as Farid, undercover as one of Menendez's men. When you get control, just follow Menendez until he gets to the stage. After the scene, a bunch of Quadrotors will show up, and there will be plenty of enemies in the next area. Feel free to shoot down some Quads if you want, then continue into the next area.
Continue going forward, picking off enemies as you come across them, until you come to stairs and have to go through a building. When you come out, there will be a few Quads flying around, so ground them and continue until you come to a balcony overlooking an area below. Pick off each enemy, then go to the next area, making sure you refill your ammo.
There will be a big area coming up, complete with troops, Quads and ASDs. Take it slow and shoot each one you come across, making sure not to rush too much, since it's easy to be overwhelmed. There's an Access spot that allows you to get through some of the area, and closer to your objective.
Once you make it to your objective marker and meet up with Menendez, he will shoot down a ship. There will be a choice to make here, as Menendez wants you to kill Harper. If you decide to go against Menendez, he will kill you. You will control Mason and have to go through a short VTOL shooting spree before you land. If you shoot Harper, you'll gain control of Mason on foot.
CHASING DOWN MENENDEZ
Once you gain control of Mason, follow Salazar into the nearby alley. Note that you have control of the Quadrotors now, and can paint an area for them to attack. Eventually, you'll come across plenty of enemies, but it's not wise to go out in the middle of the street. There's a sentry gun inside one of the buildings on the far end.
Go through the buildings on the left side, taking out enemies as you go, until you get past the sentry gun. You will come across some dirt paths that split, so choose one and stick to it, killing enemies along the way. Be especially careful of men with RPGs.
When you come to a path overlooking a bridge, you are getting closer. There will be plenty of men on the bridge, as well as some with RPGs on the buildings higher up. Once you get to the building at the end of the path, use the stairs to go down and get to the bridge. After crossing the bridge, there's one more area with more enemies, then the ship with Menendez in it, which will be the end of the mission.
