Perk-a-Colas are basically something like the multiplayer perks that players can get that help them fend off the zombie horde. They can be bought with points from soda machines through the zombie maps. Note that the Survival version of Bus Stop does not have any Perk-a-Cola machines available. Another thing of notice is that on TranZit, the power must be activated in order for the perks to be active; you can place a Turbine next to the machines, but once the Turbine breaks, the perk will be deactivated.
DOUBLE TAP ROOT BEER
Double Tap Root Beer will convert a bullet into two bullets after it is fired, and it costs 2000 points to buy this. In TranZit and Farm, the machine is on the second floor of the barn. In Town, it can be found next to the Mystery Box next to the laundromat.
JUGGERNOG
Normally, it takes two hits from a zombie to down a player, but with Juggernog active, it can take 4 or 5 normal hits to down a player. This perk costs 2500 points to buy it. In TranZit, the machine can be found on the top floor of the apartment in the Town area. On the Farm map, it is found on the top floor of the house.
QUICK REVIVE
Quick Revive has two main uses, depending on if you're playing solo or not. If playing with other people, it will allow you to revive downed people quicker. If playing solo, however, the player will receive the Pack-a-Punched version of the M1911, and will be downed for a few seconds before being revived. During solo play, you are only allowed to purchase Quick Revive three times before the machine will disappear.
Quick Revive normally costs 1500 points, but it only costs 500 points in solo play. In TranZit, it is located in the starting room. On the Town map, it is located on the top floor of the bar. On the Farm map, the machine is in front of the barn.
SPEED COLA
Speed Cola will cut the reload speed of all weapons down by half, with the perk costing 3000 points. The machine can be found in TranZit (within the Diner), on the Town map (inside of the bank), and on the Farm map (on bottom floor of the house).
STAMIN-UP
The Stamin-Up perk allows you to sprint for a longer period of time, with the perk costing 2000 points. It can only be found in TranZit and on the Town map, where it's to the left of the bar on both maps.
TOMBSTONE SODA
Tombstone Soda is a new perk for Black Ops II's zombie mode. It essentially allows you to retrieve your weapons and perks if you happen to die. When the player who has this perk dies, a tombstone will drop in their place and when they respawn, they can grab this tombstone to receive any perks and weapons they had previously.
The perk costs 2000 points to buy, and is located on both TranZit and the Town maps. In TranZit, after turning the power on, exit the building and after you jump the gap, the machine will be on your left. On the Town map, the machine is close to one of the spawn points for the Mystery Box.
