After some scenes, the mission begins with you in control of Raul Menendez. Kill the first guy running towards you, and you'll automatically equip the machete. Go to each guy and slash them, and once you kill the one at the bottom of the hill, you will re-equip the shotgun.
In the village, you will be fighting a lot of PDF enemies. Simply run around and shoot them, or you can slash them with your machete. Your goal is to get in one of the houses and go upstairs, where you will find some paths that lead to the objective marker.
You will see an axe sitting on the ground, so hold the button to grab it and automatically throw it at an enemy. Go around and clear the rest of the enemies here, then start going up the hill. Go to the barn doors and you'll go inside. Some horses will run towards you, but don't worry about them and keep going forward.
When you kill the first guy, you'll equip the machete again. Go around and kill each enemy that comes at you and once the one by the gate is killed, you'll equip the shotgun. Keep pressing forward and you'll eventually run into some Cartel, who are on your side. Your goal is the big mansion, so keep killing and when you get there, go inside. Go up the stairs and to the door, where a scene will play out.
GETTING MENENDEZ
You're now in control of Mason and after the scene, head to your left and down the hill. At the bottom of the hill, go through the water and into the town-like area, where you'll fight a lot of enemies. There will be a Machine Gunner in the window of the building on the right, so that should be your first target. Since a Sniper Rifle is part of the default loadout for this mission, you can use that to stay back and pick off targets from afar.
As you round the corner to the left, you will see an Access Kit in the building on the right. Kill the enemies along the way, then open the box to get some Molotov Cocktails. Keep going forward, until you get to a slightly open area, where a truck with a Machine Gunner in the back will approach. Kill the gunner and blow up the truck, then continue.
As you approach the house on the hill, you will be told that there are snipers in the windows. Use your Sniper Rifle to get them from far away, as well as the other enemies on the balcony. Clear the rest of the enemies out front, then head inside the building and clear the second floor.
THE MAIN BUILDING
Once the second floor is clear, approach the slightly open double doors for a short scene. After it's over, it's time to head towards the main building. If you go to the "Access" ahead, you'll open the garage door and gain access to some mortars. Continue to the main building.
There is a tall belltower on the right side of the compound that you can use to clear out some of the more dangerous enemies, so go inside and climb the ladders to get to the top (there is an Intel on the middle level inside the tower). At the top, either use your default sniper or grab the Dragonuv. There are two snipers inside the windows on either side of the building, as well as three men with RPGs on the middle balcony.
Use your Sniper Rifle to take out the above enemies, then you can either head down to ground level or use the height advantage to take out any other enemies in the courtyard below. Once all of the enemies are cleared, your team will gather in the courtyard and prepare to infiltrate the Cocaine Bunker.
COCAINE BUNKER
Once you're done conversing with your team in the courtyard, follow Woods and the other ally to the left, where they will lift up a trap door that leads down to the Cocaine Bunker. You'll automatically go down the ladder and once you're down, use the "Access" point to enter a closet where you will pick up a machete. Note that there are other weapons in this closet, if you choose to switch.
The Cartel won't notice you at first, so you can get the jump on them. Start shooting at them, throwing Molotovs and Mortars (if you got them), sticking to the outside path and rooms. When you get to the path that leads to the objective marker, there is a path around the corner to the right that leads to a desk with the CIA evidence (one of the Challenges; only appears if you tortured Kravchenko long enough during Old Wounds and didn't take too long).
Go back to the end of the path, which leads to a door and a ladder that goes all the way up. Follow Woods the rest of the way, killing the enemies in your way, until you gain access to the mansion. Once inside, a scene will play out, which will be the end of the mission.
