Nuketown Zombies is a map that is only available to those who purchased the Hardened, Care Package or Digital Deluxe editions of the game, as well as those who purchase the Season Pass. The map takes place in the aftermath of the nuclear explosion at the end of the Nuketown 2025 map. This map can only be played in Survival mode.
Players will start in the middle of the map. Perk-A-Cola and the Pack-a-Punch machines all spawn randomly on the map, although there is a method about when they will spawn. Find the Nuketown population sign and you'll see a 99 counter; when this reaches 00, then one of the above machines will drop into the map.

- B32R - Green house (1000 points)
- MP5 - Second floor of green house (1000 points)
- Remington 870 MCS - Yellow house (1500 points)
- M16A1 - Second floor of yellow house (1200 points)
PERK-A-COLAS
The Perk-A-Cola machines will spawn randomly in one of ten locations, after so many zombies are killed. If doing solo play, then Quick Revive will always be present at the beginning of a match. The only perks that seem to spawn on this map are Double Tap Root Beer, Juggernog, Quick Revive and Speed Cola.
