God of War: Ascension is a third-person action adventure game, similar to the previous games in the series. The gameplay focuses on combo-based combat, platforming and puzzles throughout the game. Kratos will once again be the main character, utilizing the Blades of Chaos to deliver punishing hits against his enemies.
