Megaera's Minions are the creatures that have been infected with Megaera's Parasites, turning them into enemies of Kratos. You first encounter one near the beginning of the game, where a Parasite goes into a cell and infects one of the prisoners. They behave very similarly to Satyrs, and can be encountered without weapons, as well as with them. Those without armor can be grappled from the get go, while those with armor need to be stripped of it first. When you see a red halo appear, grapple to do a brutal kill, which only grants red orbs.
Note that Minions includes both the humans and Feral Hounds that are infected with the Parasites. The Infected Hand of Aegaeon has its own page.
