Ice of Poseidon is an upgrade to the Blades of Chaos that adds ice to its attacks. Kratos will automatically acquire this during the story in Chapter 6: The Cistern. Freezing enemies yields large red orbs.

You need 1,250 red orbs in order to power up this item to level 2.
- Broken Destiny - L1 + Square

LEVEL 3
You need 1,750 red orbs in order to power up this item to level 3. The Rage Meter must be full in order to execute the following moves.
- Immovable Blast - L3 + R3
- Immovable Blast (Air) - L3 + R3 (Air)
LEVEL 4
You need 2,000 red orbs in order to power up this item to level 4.
- Poseidon Tremble - L1 + Triangle
- Poseidon Tremble (Air) - L1 + Triangle (Air)
LEVEL 5
You need 4,000 red orbs in order to power up this item to level 5. These attacks consume magic.
