This Artifact is located in Chapter 11 - Delphi Catacombs. Once you get to the room with the hourglass, knock down the support on the left side to make a platform appear. This will allow you to climb up and onto the chandelier. From there, jump onto the hourglass and then the area in front of the throne, which is where you'll find this Artifact.
This item, when activated, will decrease the damage Kratos takes by one-third.
