Gorgon Eyes are located in white chests and will increase Kratos' maximum health for every five you collect. Once you collect 20 in total, Kratos' health will be maxed out and any other chests that contain Gorgon Eyes will yield red orbs. There are more chests than needed, so it's possible to miss some and still be able to max out Kratos' health.
#1) The Village of Kirra - When you come to a fork where there's a hammer on the ground for you to pick up and right before you go forward and fight Elephantaurs for the first time, go to the right to find two White Chests with a Gorgon Eye and Phoenix Feather.
#2) The Village of Kirra - After killing the two Elephantaurs, go to the path on the left that goes forward. You'll come to a crank you have to turn that will lower a rope in the previous area. The white chest with the Eye is on the left side of the gears that move with the crank.
#3) The Village of Kirra - You'll come to an area where you will first encounter the Satyr General. As the barriers appear, you should see a ledge with the white chest on it, so jump up there after killing all of the enemies.
#4) The Village of Kirra - As you cross a wooden bridge, it will collapse and you'll have to fight some Harpies and Feral Hounds. After killing them all, there's a Green Chest to the right. To the left of that chest is a building you can enter with the Eye in it.
#5) The Village of Kirra - This one is in the room with the rotating wheel. Break the wooden barrier and once the wheel passes the left-most switch, pull it and then the other switches, going clockwise. This will allow you to jump up the newly-formed platforms to a ledge with two White Chests, one with a Gorgon Eye and one with a Phoenix Feather.
#6) The Cistern - Kill the Parasites at the beginning of the chapter, then climb the platforms on the side of the large statue to the waterway above. Face the statue and go left to a dead end, where you'll find the Gorgon Eye and two Red Orb Chests.
#7) The Cistern - This one is right on the path after going through the door that opens after getting the Ice of Poseidon.
#8) The Cistern - After climbing the stairs in the tower and getting back outside, you'll see a ladder that goes to the very top. To the left of the ladder is a dead end with the Gorgon Eye.
#9) The Tower of Delphi - After killing the Chimera, jump onto the snake and go down the slide. You'll fight two Satyrs with shields, then jump back outside and use the grapple points to get onto the next snake. As soon as you land, go backwards (towards you) until you spot another grapple point that leads to a ledge with a Red Orb Chest and the Gorgon Eye.
#10) The Python's Belly - After getting Phoenix Feather #5, jump down to the blue snake. Head towards the camera to find the chest with the Gorgon Eye.
#11) The Temple of Delphi - When you first encounter the mist that turns everything to stone, you need to go to the giant door and attack it until it busts open. Instead of doing that, head to the right until you get to a smaller door that you can break. Inside that room are two chests with a Gorgon Eye and Phoenix Feather.
#12) The Temple of Delphi - You will see a cutscene with Castor killing someone over not building a statue. After the scene, hit the mist and then go up the stairs on the right, breaking through the door. Kill the enemies in this hallway, then place the statue on the right side, and hit the mist to make a platform fall on top of the statue. Jump up to the platform and then the ledge above, where you'll find a Gorgon Eye and Phoenix Feather.
#13) The Temple of Delphi - After collecting the previous chests, go back into the center room, step in the mist and then break through the door up the left set of stairs. Kill the enemy in this hallway, then drag the statue into the room closer to the stairs. Push the statue onto the switch in the middle, step into the mist, then push the statue off the switch. Go north and hug the metal gate, waiting until the mist wears off and it opens, allowing you to go and grab the Gorgon Eye and Phoenix Feather.
#14) Delphi Catacombs - You will come to a section where you are on two chandeliers and must grapple to swing them, where you will go into some stone mist. After the second one, you'll break through a wall. As soon as you break through the wall, go back into the room with the chandeliers to find two Red Orb Chests, as well as a Gorgon Eye and Phoenix Feather.
#15) Delphi Catacombs - After fighting the enemies in the room with the hourglass, step on the switch and go through the right door, pulling the switch to make some of the stone mist appear in the main room. Step in the mist, then go back to the room with the switch, destroying the wall and grabbing the Gorgon Eye.
#16) The Cistern (2) - As soon as the chapter starts (you see the name of the area pop up on your screen), don't jump down and go straight to find the Gorgon Eye.
#17) The Grotto - Swim down at the start, but don't go forward. Instead, go right and keep swimming around until you find a secret cave. Surface in this area to find a Gorgon Eye and Phoenix Feather.
#18) The Grotto - This is in the area with all of the boats. There are two White Chests with a Gorgon Eye and Phoenix Feather on the left side of the docks.
#19) Prison of the Damned (2) - After killing the enemies at the beginning, restore the structure with the Amulet. Once you do, go forward a bit and up some stairs on the right to find a Red Orb Chest and a Gorgon Eye.
#20) Martyr's Chambers - Once you bring the dead body to the second floor and drop it onto the switch, jump over to the right ledge and grab the Gorgon Eye in plain sight.
| NOTE |
| If you've gotten all of the Gorgon Eyes up to this point, then every chest after this one will give you Red Orbs. |
#21) Delos Landing - After killing the Lightning Talos and climbing up to the next ledge, go to the right to find a Red Orb Chest and the Gorgon Eye.
#22) Delos Landing - You will come to a puzzle room with a bunch of gears, a ledge on the right, a movable block, as well as a switch you can grapple and pull left/right. Grab the block and use it to get onto the ledge on the right, hitting the chain to clear the debris. Drop down and use the Amulet to repair the chain in the middle, then move the block back to where you found it. Pull the switch all the way to the left, then rush over to the block and push it to stop the gear from moving. You can use the gear on the left to climb to a ledge with the Gorgon Eye and Phoenix Feather.
#23) The Foot of Apollo - When you use the zipline to get to a ledge down below, you'll see a ladder to your left. Go down the ladder to find a Red Orb Chest and the Gorgon Eye.
#24) The Forearm of Apollo - Near the beginning, you have to use the Oath Stone of Orkos to hold down a pressure switch to keep a door open. Go to the right of the switch and jump to a ledge to find the Gorgon Eye.
#25) The Ribs of Apollo - After jumping on a series of platforms and falling through the third one, you'll grapple and land on a platform where you fight some enemies. Kill them and jump onto a ledge on the left side to find two Red Orb Chests, Gorgon Eye and Phoenix Feather.
#26) The Furnace - There is a switch you grapple and pull back that you need to create a clone to hold it in place. Do that and then jump into the opening to drop down, where you'll find a Gorgon Eye and Phoenix Feather in plain sight.
#27) Eyes of Apollo - There are two chests with a Gorgon Eye and Phoenix Feather in plain sight when you climb the ladder to reach the conveyor belt.
#28) The Trial of Archimedes - As soon as you get through the portal and enter this chapter, you'll spot two chests to the north of your position, so open them for a Gorgon Eye and Phoenix Feather.
