There are two main collectibles in South Park: The Stick of Truth, which are Facebook friends and Chinpokomon. Note that some of them are missable and if you happen to miss any, you will have to restart a brand new game in order to get them.
While the game counts certain equipment sets as collectibles, those will be listed under Equipment / Inventory instead.
