When you are in Kupa Keep for the first time, you will see a flag with a horn on it, and passing it will start this quest. Basically, these flags with horns are the fast travel system used in the game and there are a total of 12 flags across South Park. You won't be able to complete the quest until you are doing Gain New Allies, as the last flag is in an area inaccessible until then. Completing the sidequest will grant Timmy as your friend.
- Kupa Keep (Cartman's backyard) and gotten automatically
- Go to the southeast corner of the map to Kenny's house to find this flag
- Bus Stop to the west of your house
- West from the Bus Stop and in front of Kevin Stoley's house
- Keep going west from Kevin's house until you come to the school, with the flag being on the right side in front of the school
- North of the school is the Church, and the flag is right in front of it
- Go east from the Church to the police station, then north to the City Wok restaurant. The flag is in front of the Tower of Peace, which is just to the right of City Wok
- Back to the police station, then head east past the City Hall. Keep going east until you come across the Post Office building, where the next flag is located.
- Now, go all the way east until you pass the Photo Dojo and cross the street. You should see the Kids' Park to the east, but the flag is there on the sidewalk (in between the park and the Bijou Theatre).
- From the last flag, go north and cross the street to the north, then head west until you come to Dark Meadows. The flag is right in front of this, which is Token's house.
- Go back to Bijou Theatre and go east from there until you come to the U-Stor-It building. The flag is in front of this.
- During Gain New Allies, you will be brought to the Elven Kingdom, which is in Kyle's backyard. The flag will be here.
