While in the middle of Gain New Allies, you will be brought to the Elven kingdom. Here, speak to DogPoo and he says the humans have been raising banners claiming Elves' territory as their own, so he wants you to go around and destroy these banners. There is a total of five around South Park and all you have to do is either shoot them or hit with your weapon.
- At the park just north of Kyle's house
- In front of Mr. Slave's house, which is the red house just east of the park
- Just to the left of the Church
- At Stark's Pond (use the path just to the left of the Church)
- In front of Kevin Stoley's house (there's a Fast Travel here)
