After finishing The New Kid in Town, you will be able to explore South Park. Go to the City Hall and speak with the Mayor inside, who wants you to get rid of homeless around the town. There is a total of 7 homeless camps scattered and you just need to defeat the hobos at each one to make them relocate. Note that the hobos usually have high armor, so either use moves that decrease this or inflict Bleeding or Burning.
- To the right of Kenny's house in the southeast corner of the map
- Inside the U-Stor-It truck in the northeast corner of the map
- At the bus stop, keep going left and stop at the bench. Go behind the tree to find a hidden path that will lead to this homeless camp.
The other four homeless camps can be found inside of the sewers, meaning you will have to wait until after finishing Alien Abduction in order to get to them.
- From Mr. Hanky's house, go left and up the ladder, then go all the way right to find the homeless camp with a hobo ambushing you.
- Same spot as where you find Cornwallis for Dropping the Kids Off, which is down the ladder all the way to the right from the previous one.
- After draining the sewer water a little bit, you create a path by the generator, allowing you to go right. Do that and you'll run into another camp.
- Keep going and you'll go down another ladder, with a breakable wall on your wall. The homeless camp will be on your left.
Once you have gotten rid of all the homeless, head back to the Mayor and she'll become your friend on Facebook.
