Cartman asks that you go out and recruit a whole nother faction to help lay waste to the Elves, with the Goth kids being the first recruits. The Goth kids are hanging out on the side of the school, so get over there and go through the gate to find them. They say that they'll join the battle if you look the part of a Goth.
You have likely seen the alien probe objects around South Park when exploring. Since you have the means to use them now, make sure you go around and check things out to get some new items.
Nonconformist
You will need three items in order to prove yourself to the Goths, which are cigarettes, coffee and some Goth clothes. Start off with the cigarettes, which can be gotten from some kids in the alley next to Jimbo's Guns. Hit them to start a battle, and take the cigarettes from one of them after you win.
For the coffee, all you need to do is go to the Tweek Bros. shop and buy the Tweek Bros. Dark Roast for $1.00. However, upon leaving the store, you get ambushed by some Elves who tell you to go with them. If you fight them and win, you still get knocked out and brought to the Elven King.
For now, you will gain two new Buddies, Jimmy the Bard and Stan the Ranger. Kyle says that you should still recruit the Goths, but instead bring them to the Elves. If you've been following this guide, all you have to do is buy some Goth clothes, which are sold by the hobo outside the U-Stor-It place.
Go back to the Goths, who now ask you to go to the PTA meeting and tape an insulting sign to their table. When you get there, watch the scene and approach the table only to have Randy Marsh stop you. Follow him into the bathroom, where he will teach you the Sneaky Squeaker fart. Perform it in practice, then on Mr. Mackey and you're ready to investigate the Taco Bell site.
You must finish the following subquest (PTA Problems) before being able to finish Nonconformist.
After finishing PTA Problems, Randy will take a picture of you in front of the PTA table with the insulting sign and send it to your phone. Head back to the Goths (make sure you're decked out in the Goth outfit if you changed) and they'll have one more test for you. This final test is a DDR-style music rhythm and upon completion, they agree to help you.
PTA Problems
The Taco Bell construction site is located west of Dark Meadows at the north end of the map. When you get there, you'll see a small scene and then you will need to use the Sneaky Squeaker fart to distract the guards standing out front. It may take a few tries, but it's better to lure them forward and sneak behind them.
Once inside, there's another guard out front, but there's a switch on the left side that will electrify the puddle nearby, so lure the guard there and use this to bypass an actual battle. To get inside the building, teleport using the alien probe onto the roof and go through the vent there.
Watch the scene and when it's over, you'll be in a fight with a single Nazi Zombie. It should be a pretty easy fight, but note that it is immune to Gross damage. After the fight, go through the northern doors and pick up the recording device (there's a Chinpokomon on the cabinet on the left side), then you can leave. Note that the guards up front, as well as in other areas, are now Nazi Zombies.
Return to the Community Center and report your findings to the PTA, which will end up completing this portion of the main story quest.
After completing both PTA Problems and Nonconformist, you are presented with a choice to either fight with the humans (Cartman) or fight with the Elves (Kyle). It doesn't really matter in the end which side you choose. To side with that faction, go to their respective base and speak to either Cartman or Kyle.
