Transforming Eevee to Sylveon in Pokemon X and Y consists of two main steps:
- First up, you'll want to catch an Eevee and go ahead and use the 'Pokemon-Amie' Feature. You will want to raise Eevee's happiness, enjoyment, and hunger to the maximum. (5 Points).
- Once you've finished these steps, make Eevee learn a Fairy-Type move and level it up once and it will turn into a Sylveon! Enjoy!
