Zero's RC Shop is located in Garcia, San Fierro. In order to start Zero's missions, you need to buy his shop for $30,000. After purchasing it, you will get a phone call from Zero that will open up his missions. Zero wants to destroy his rival, Berkley, who also runs an RC shop.
