As you progress through the game, certain schools will open up that give you a chance to test your vehicular skills. These will offer you a set of missions where you must perform a specific action while using that vehicle. Completion of each school is required for 100%.
Each school is marked with a red dollar sign on your radar when it is unlocked. All of the schools follow the same scoring system, with 100% being Gold, 85-99% being Silver, 70-84% being Bronze and anything below 70% being a failing grade. One tip that definitely helps with these challenges is to watch the videos for each one and try to mimic their actions.
