REWARDS - Respect
There is some sort of Respect prerequisite for this mission, so if you can't start the mission, then take over some territories until you have enough Respect. Also, this mission is only available from 9:00 to 17:00.
Recruit the two gang members nearby with green markers, then get in the car and head towards the cemetary. You have 4 minutes to get to the cemetary as soon as you enter the car with your two gang members. Haul ass to the cemetary and park in the red marker.
Get out of the car and climb over the wall. Listen to the instructions on how to control your gang members. Once that's over with, begin moving towards Kane. Using the tombs as cover, take out the Ballas and inch your way towards Kane. Kane seems to be wearing armor, so it's going to take a few extra rounds to take him down. Once he's dead, head over to the Sedan he came in and you'll eventually be able to get inside. With a 2-star Wanted Level, head back to your house in Grove Street to finish the mission and earn some respect.
