There are only two weapons in the Hands slot, your Fists and Brass Knuckles. Hand weapons are good in the beginning of the game or when fighting one-on-one, but later on in the game when you get into big gunfights, you're going to need a lot more firepower than these.
FISTS
Fists are the weapon you start with and will always have if you ever die or get busted by the cops. How much damage you can inflict with your Fists depends solely on the amount of Muscle CJ has. If CJ has high Muscle, then he will do more damage with his fists than with low Muscle. The one disadvantage to the Fists is when fighting a large group of enemies or if you're fighting from a distance.
BRASS KNUCKLES
The Brass Knuckles are the only other weapon in the Hands slot, but they can only be found as weapon pickups in the game. They are stronger than just your Fists, but they share the same advantages and disadvantages as well. Just as with the Fists, you can increase the damage of the Brass Knuckles by increasing your Muscle stat.

- Calton Heights, San Fierro - Northwest of Calton Heights safehouse, behind some car garages
- Las Payasadas, Bone County - Across street north of large Pecker's Feed & Seed Chicken, behind a small building
